Founded in 2025, I, Kevin Boudreau decided to formalize helping people in and out of the gym and launched Boundless Bodybuilding. Boundless Bodybuilding is more than just another online coaching platform, it’s a mission. A mission to help men and women become the best version of themselves and unlock their health through building muscle and learning long-term solutions to get in shape, stay in shape, and become better everyday. I’m a husband, a father, I have a career and all the responsibilities of the regular person out there trying to keep the flame lit when it’s windy and rainy. It’s my mission to help every individual, regardless of schedule or background, to ignite their inner spark and empower them to thrive and feel their best.
