About Kevin

Born with ordinary genetics and never athletic as a child, I sought out one day to become just like the heroes I grew up with. Watching professional wrestling, World’s Strongest Man, and always being fascinated by feats of strength set me on the path to become the best me.

It was sophomore year of high school when I decided to sign up for track and field and give shotput and discus a try. My friends encouraged me to try, so I decided it’d be something fun to do. Afterall, I wanted to become stronger and faster (who doesn’t?).

That’s when I realized my 5’10” frame carrying 130 pounds wasn’t going to get me where I wanted to be in my track and field journey, much less more than having biceps that stretched out an extra small Abercrombie and Fitch t-shirt. It was time to make a change.

I began lifting, reading, researching, and eating. I didn’t have anyone to guide me, but I’ve always been a self-starter. When I am interested in something, I am all-in. I spent hours on websites, forums, and the library reading about lifting weights, nutrition, and how to optimize everything I was doing. It wasn’t long before my days were structured around my meals, water intake, sleep, and of course, lifting weights.

My Thoughts Around Customization

Over years of research and working with some top-of-the-line coaches, I have accrued an incredible amount of information that I want to share with the masses. While I love putting out free content, I also love putting together customized plans for individuals with varying needs and goals. For example, you can find a lot of resources for suggesting doses of peptides, anabolic steroids, and GLP-1 agonists. However, not everyone reacts the same to these compounds. We’ll use Retatrutide for example; I started with .5 mg per week and have been titrating up by .25 weekly until reaching my desired effect. There are many nuances with these drugs that I love explaining in-depth with clients. I always have a reason behind what I do or recommend based on personal experience, others’ experiences, and clinical research. That’s my specialty and in many ways my passion – providing customized plans for my clients to reach their goals safely and virtually side effect free.

The same goes for nutrition and training. Yes, there are many AI generated programs out there and hundreds of free plans on the internet. The problem is, those systems don’t understand your body’s feedback and the adjustments that need made on monthly, weekly, and sometimes daily bases. I am a huge fan of carb and calorie cycling. Therefore, sometimes no two days during a seven day week are the same for nutrition. I have yet to find an AI generated diet that adequately illustrates how a proper carb cycling plan should work, where protein, fat, and carbohydrates are all adjusted based on macronutrient load. For instance, if we are consuming 1000 grams of carbohydrates on a given day, I will pull protein down to less than 100 grams sometimes. Sometimes even lower. These are things that AI has not perfected yet, and if you want long-term results with accountability, will not give the desired results you’re looking for.
